Waverley Corporate Financial Services is licensed by the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) and was founded by Don McDonald in 2012.    Don McDonald has over 30 years experience on Bay Street in Toronto, and has an MBA and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).  Waverley is an Exempt Market Dealer (EMD) and is licensed in multiple provinces.

I have been a licensed Dealing Representative with Waverley for over 7 years and I help people invest in real estate businesses (ex: multifamily rental portfolios, self storage, mortgage portfolios) and real estate development projects (ex: condos, town homes, self storage), and other private investments to help diversify an investor’s portfolio.  People can invest using Cash, RRSPs, TFSAs, LIRAs and RRIFs as individuals, or using their corporations or trusts.

Way back in the day I earned a B.Comm.  I worked in tech and in software sales for many years and got my OSC Dealing Representative license in 2007.  I also completed the CSC course in July 2007.

Kim and I live in Oakville and we have 3 adult daughters.
