Les Ross had over 30 years’ experience in banking and financial markets prior to joining PearTree Canada in 2017 as VP Business Development.  At PearTree, Les works with major charitable gift donors to significantly lower their after-tax cost of giving with a CRA-approved gifting format.  His broad professional background includes relationship management roles in international banking, corporate, commercial and real estate lending, private banking and as Managing Director of a leading Canadian derivative practice. Les holds a Commerce degree from Queen’s University and an MBA from York University. He is also an accredited Personal Financial Planner, a Chartered Investment Manager, and a Fellow of both the Canadian Securities Institute and the Institute of Canadian Bankers.  Les is a long-time Oakville resident with many years of diverse community involvement.  He currently serves as a Board member of Rotary Club of Oakville West.
