Vivek Swaminathan is a seasoned CPA, CA whose practice focuses on offering tax optimization strategies to primarily owner managed businesses.  He advises clients on tax compliance matters for individuals, corporations, trusts and partnerships. He implements various tax re-organization transactions to streamline organization structures and provides international cross-border tax services for both individual and corporate clients.

Vivek has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto.  He is currently an associate member of the Society of Trust and Estate Planners (STEP Canada) while working towards the TEP designation.

In his free time, Vivek is a cab driver for his two young kids and accepts payment in hugs and kisses.  He is also an avid Raptors fan.
